As a Recruitment and Support employee you are the vibrant center between Adecco and Jumbo. The Recruitment and Support Employee is responsible for recruiting and selecting migrant workers and local candidates for designated branches within Adecco. In this position you will also have to carry out certain administrative activities that relate to the placement and remuneration of migrant workers. This concerns the correct and timely implementation of deductions from the salary, registration of bed occupancy and the car and mileage registration. The Recruitment and Support Employee is proactively responsible for the implementation and administration of the necessary processes. You are the first point of contact for the flexible employees and all their HR-related questions and you ensure that they feel connected to Adecco and Jumbo. You also maintain daily contact with your contacts within Jumbo to ensure that they are satisfied with Adecco's services. You are an enthusiastic and driven person who always strives for the best. You are also responsible for the following:

• Providing the correct input to the administrative department for the salaries of the flex workers and invoicing;
• Keeping a close eye on the absenteeism of your employees;
• Collaborating with Adecco's central absenteeism center.

• A salary between €2,350 and €2,950 gross per month (based on 40 hours per week and depending on your experience)
• You preferably work 36 to 40 hours per week, 32 hours is negotiable
